The Hub (Nurture Class)
Our Hub classroom provides our children with a safe place where they can explore their feelings, emotions and behaviours and develop strategies to learn to deal with them, enabling them to be ready to tackle their learning. Many of the children who access the Hub classroom spend part of their learning in the purpose resourced classroom and part of their time in their age appropriate classes. We have had many success stories where children who have used the Hub facilities have tranisition into their their mainstream class on a full time basis and achieved highly in their end of Key stage Two aseessments.
